TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, generating QR codes, or registering an account on QR/ROUTE ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
2. PLATFORM SERVICES & DYNAMIC REDIRECTION
QR/ROUTE provides dynamic redirect routing infrastructure, short link management, QR code vector asset generation, and mobile app install attribution. Dynamic QR codes route scanners based on real-time device identification rules configured in your account. You are solely responsible for ensuring target URLs remain operational and comply with applicable laws.
3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to configure redirect routes, short links, or hosted landing pages that:
- Redirect to deceptive, fraudulent, or phishing web pages.
- Distribute spyware, ransomware, viruses, or unauthorized downloads.
- Infringe upon intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights of third parties.
- Circumvent security controls, abuse API rate limits, or engage in denial-of-service attacks.
- Promote illegal goods, unauthorized financial schemes, or non-consensual content.
QR/ROUTE reserves the right to immediately suspend, deactivate, or purge any route or tenant violating this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice or refund.
4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS, PRICING & QUOTAS
QR/ROUTE offers the following tier structures:
Subscription payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the conclusion of the active billing cycle. Usage exceeding plan quotas may be throttled until the subsequent billing period or plan upgrade.
5. FOUNDERLIFT STARTUP PROGRAM
Eligible early-stage startups approved under the FounderLift program receive an 8-month complimentary Pro grant. Grants are subject to verification of applicant details and active product status. FounderLift grants are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be revoked upon breach of these terms.
6. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
QR/ROUTE is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% dynamic routing availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted execution. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR/ROUTE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, destination URL outages, or loss of scans.
7. GOVERNING LAW & SUPPORT
We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Continued utilization of the service following publication of updated terms constitutes agreement to the changes. For legal notices or questions:
